Target To Lower Prices On 5,000 Items: Here's Where You Can Expect To See Savings
Target announced that it would lower prices on 5,000 "frequently shopped" items in its stores nationwide, the company said in a press release.
Those items include milk, meat, bread, soda, fresh fruit and vegetables, snacks, yogurt, peanut butter, coffee, diapers, paper towels, pet food, and more, the chain said in a Monday, May 20, news release. The new prices will be rolled out throughout the summer.

Those who frequently crave burgers, fries, and milkshakes will want to look out for a new Shake Shack location set to open at a Westchester shopping center.
A new Shake Shack restaurant will open at the Ridge Hill shopping center in Yonkers at the former P.F. Chang's space in 2025.
The 3,749-square-foot eatery will be the second Shake Shack to open its doors in the city and will serve a variety of burgers, chicken bites, handspun milkshakes, fries, lemonades, and more.

After more than a decade, a restaurant located on a Westchester County waterfront is beginning a new chapter.
The opening of One Pier Steakhouse, located in Yonkers at the former site of Dolphin Restaurant at 1 Van Der Donck St., was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, May 10.

Compton's, owned by chef Alex Compton, has opened on Anderson Avenue in Cliffside Park.
