'Help:' Text Message Sent By Victim Brings Police To Harrowing Scene In New Cumberland, PD Says
"Please help" was the message that police got from a victim in Cumberland County last week, they said.
And, they did.
New Cumberland police officers worked swiftly to track down the source of the message on May 15, before walking in on Braden King, 60, trying to pull the woman's clothes off without her consent, they said.
The bleeding victim told officers she'd been struck in the face and assaulted by King, police said.

'Keep Walking:' Walmart Customer Throws Victim To Ground In Store Fight, Warrington Police Say
A Huntingdon Valley man is accused of throwing a Walmart employee to the ground on Sunday, May 19, according to Warrington police.
Officials said Terrell Mainer, 38, was in the Valley Gate Drive Walmart around 9:45 a.m. He told a worker to "keep walking" when the employee looked in his direction, authorities said.
That's when police say Mainer walked past the worker, turned around, and threw him to the floor. He "began to wrestle with the victim" until two bystanders separated the pair, according to investigators.

A 30-year-old Warren County man faces numerous charges after making terrorist threats while possessing a stun gun on Tuesday, April 30, authorities said.
At 4:44 p.m., Washington Township Police said they responded to a harassment complaint on the 100 block of W. Washington Avenue in Washington Borough. On Tuesday, March 5 at 10:37 a.m., Jared Aponte flashed his genitals to vehicles at Valentine Street and Jefferson Street, Hackettstown police said.

A Warrington man is in police custody for allegedly threatening to bring a weapon into a Wawa, according to Plumstead police.
Glenn Scott Cuthbert, 63, is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment, said authorities.
Police were called to the store around 9:30 on March 8. Employees said Cuthbert didn't display a firearm, but said he would go home and get one, police wrote.

A 69-year-old Westwood man waged a harassment campaign against citizens who expressed their opinions about various causes in local newspapers, sending anonymous letters to their homes, authorities charged.
